A pattern of eating fast food, feeling guilty

In a survey for the nonprofit HealthyWomen organization, 56% said they eat at fast food restaurants at least several times a month, and 54% said they feel "a bit guilty" after doing so, while an additional 16% feel "bad" after eating fast food. "The majority of respondents -- 75% -- said they pay more attention to eating healthy now than they did five years ago," said HealthyWomen's executive director. "Unfortunately, the quick stops at fast-food restaurants often sabotage their efforts."
