A4A: Extending pilot duty rule to cargo is "ill-advised"

Nicholas Calio, president and CEO of Airlines for America, said a proposal to extend pilot duty rules to cargo pilots is "ill-advised, with no basis in science or relevant data." Two New York congressmen filed legislation this month to apply the Part 117 duty rule to cargo pilots as well as commercial pilots.
