Blonde Roast gains popularity at Starbucks

Starbucks, known for its dark roasts, has found a strong customer base for the Blonde Roast it introduced last year. "Even our baristas have friends and family members who won’t come to Starbucks because they think our brewed coffee is too dark for them," said Starbucks spokeswoman Alisa Martinez.
