Hospitality industry has role in Australian data breach probes

The 2012 Global Security Report by Trustwave showed that the hospitality industry, along with the food-and-beverage and retail industries, accounted for 85% of all data breach investigations. What those three industries have in common is that they all accept credit cards, and they continue to be targeted by organized crime due to their "payment-system vulnerabilities and poor security practices," this feature says.
