How to get more women into B-school

Women are still underrepresented at many business schools, but some institutions are trying to address the imbalance, writes Matt Symonds, director of Fortuna Admissions. However, timing remains a concern. "Returning to the job market in your late 20s with significant student debt and the possibility of starting a family in the years ahead can make the ROI of business school far less attractive," he notes. It's not clear how to fix this problem, but "it's worth business schools experimenting in a bid to create a virtuous circle," he writes.
