Iglo hires two Mondelez execs

Iglo's is shaking up its marketing strategy by adding several new positions, including reviving the chief marketing officer role with the hire of Luca Miggiano, currently vice president of chocolate for the U.K., Ireland and Nordics at Mondelez International. Beginning later this year, he will lead Iglo's new marketing strategy that shifts focus to the meals that can be made with the company's products to help boost customer perception. Jerry Daykin, also from Mondelez, was named the company's first head of digital marketing, and Francis Nicholas, Procter & Gamble's e-commerce chief, was named head of digital sales, another newly created position.
