N.J. lawmaker calls for more transparency in providing Sandy aid

The president of the New Jersey Senate said lawmakers should develop a "superstorm Sandy bill of rights." Sen. Stephen Sweeney said that more transparency is needed in efforts to assist communities affected by Hurricane Sandy. "We want people to know why they were denied. We want people to know where they are on the list. And we're going to expand from that," Sweeney said.
