Court Rules Minnesota School Dress Code Violated Student's Rights

A U.S. District judge has ruled Woodbury High School officials unconstitutionally prohibited a student from wearing a sweatshirt with the words "Straight Pride" on it. The judge said the school did not prove that the student's sweatshirt disrupted school activities. Officials from the school district have agreed to the ruling.
