Parents Vote Against NYC School Reopening

Parents of students at Public School 89, located near Ground Zero, yesterday voted to halt a Board of Education plan to reopen the school on Feb. 4. Concerned parents said their children faced potential health issues and psychological trauma if required to go back to that school.
