Beirut attack raises ghosts of violent past

A car bomb in Beirut that left four people dead and 20 wounded is the first attack aimed at U.S. officials in Lebanon since the end of the country's bloody civil war in 1990. The attack came as Lebanon continues to grapple with political and security turmoil that has raised fears of a return to widespread violence.
