Boeing might announce additional delays for 787 program

Boeing is expected to announce additional delays to its 787 program today. More delays could result in Boeing paying millions in penalties to airlines that ordered the plane. Boeing gave substantial control over 787 part development to suppliers, and some of those companies faced part shortages and technical problems.
