New agency being formed by duo from AKQA

Two top digital media executives from AKQA, San Francisco, are starting their own shop, with financial support from an unidentified investor. The as-yet-unnamed startup will be led by Andrew O'Dell, AKQA's former president of interactive advertising, and P.J. Pereira, its former ECD, and is expected to have a relationship with AKQA, according to this article. AKQA CEO Tom Bedecarre did not comment on the executives' exit.
