Top teachers continually work to improve teaching and learning

The three finalists for teacher of the year in Florida's Pasco County said they constantly work to connect with students and meet their individual needs. One teacher said he uses research-proven teaching models and looks for innovative ways to reach students. Another finalist said, "I treat every student as though they want to succeed. When the students don't succeed, tomorrow is another day."
