Los Angeles agency posts 3 options for City Hall landscaping

The Los Angeles parks department has posted public information about the three options being considered for restoring the City Hall lawn. The second option -- a combination of native plants and a grassy area for events -- garnered the most support at a recent public meeting, according to Michael Shull, city superintendent of planning, construction and maintenance.
