Deterioration of the roofs of three buildings in Crookston, Minn., means the structures need "Priority 1 attention," according to an analysis made by the Garland Co. The report found that roofs on two schools and on a swimming pool are in poor condition. Five-ply roofs were suggested at a cost of between $2.5 million and $2.7 million.
