Kimberly-Clark takes sustainability seriously, and that's given the company a number of competitive advantages, says Chairman and CEO Tom Falk. The firm's energy- and water-saving initiatives have cut the company's utility bills by tens of millions of dollars, Falk says, and the company has also reaped PR benefits and found it easier to hire top workers. "We're trying to get better every day. That's, I think, important to getting the best talent," Falk says.
