Flu vaccine during pregnancy doesn't raise risk of fetal death

Influenza vaccination during pregnancy lowered flu risk by about 70% and was not linked to a greater likelihood of fetal death, a Norwegian study in the New England Journal of Medicine showed. Whether or not they got the vaccine, pregnant women diagnosed with flu had almost double the risk of fetal death, researchers said.
