Schlotzsky's moves ahead with more tri-brand locations

Schlotzsky's, which recently underwent a reimaging process for some of its older stores, is moving forward with plans to open tri-brand locations that will also feature Cinnabon and Carvel brands. "The average store that is opening right now is about 3,000 square feet with a drive-thru and a tri-brand," according to Kelly Roddy, president of the Schlotzsky's division of Focus Brands.
