WTO: U.S. trade relief violates global fair-trade rules

The World Trade Organization has ordered the U.S. to stop funding companies that file trade complaints for lost business. Current trade laws allow the U.S. to collect higher import taxes on foreign products sold at low prices. The funds are funneled back to companies that say foreign imports hurt their business.
