Euro RSCG subscribes to TiVo StopWatch

Euro RSCG, New York, has signed up for TiVo's StopWatch ratings service, which charts its subscribers' viewing behavior for both programs and commercials for up to 14 days after a show first airs. The Havas agency will continue its partnership with Nielsen Media Research for its "C3" ratings service, which tracks DVR users for up to three days after a program has been shown.
