Teens reach out to young people with Crohn's disease

Two Wisconsin teenagers with Crohn's disease hope to put a young face on the painful and debilitating illness by raising awareness about the condition. Carly Sorenson, 19, and Peter Birke, 18, met at a camp for children with Crohn's five years ago and are sharing their experiences with other young people who have the chronic condition so know they are not alone.
