Reps. Upton, Shimkus seek EPA delay of chemical-reporting rules

House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton, R-Mich., and Rep. John Shimkus, R-Ill., have asked the Environmental Protection Agency to delay chemical-reporting regulations for four months. "Until the chaos caused by EPA over the Chemical Data Reporting rule's implementation is cleared up, a stand-down seems necessary," they wrote in a letter to EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson.
