SBCA, DISH, DIRECTV fight Philadelphia's anti-dish ordinance

DISH, DIRECTV and SBCA have petitioned the Federal Communications Commission in opposition of a Philadelphia ordinance that would require that satellite dishes be painted. The companies say painting dishes could impair reception and could increase the cost of instillation by as much as $10. FCC rules ban "restrictions that would impair the installation, maintenance or use of antennas used to receive video programming."
