Seniors get a brain boost from cycling video game, study says

Seniors who participated in a racing video game while riding a stationary bike had higher executive-function scores on cognitive tests compared with those who just pedaled the bike, according to a study in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine. Researcher Cay Anderson-Hanley said the results offer hope that this type of exercise can improve brain health for seniors.
