Gallup: Being happy at work is linked to healthier lifestyle

Research from Gallup showed employees who are engaged in their work are more likely to have a healthy diet and to exercise more frequently. The report said it was not clear whether workers who did not have healthy lifestyles were more likely to get sick, reducing their chances of being engaged at work, or if those who were not engaged in their jobs were less likely to have healthy behaviors.
