Mass. commission wants "stunning" plans from casino applicants

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is encouraging casino license applicants to submit plans that include attractive features such as theme parks and aquariums. "We want to do everything we can so that our casinos are maximally truly 'destination resort casinos.' To do this, we need to influence the developers to design features and strategies that will help attract outsiders," said Stephen P. Crosby, chairman of the gaming commission.
