Report identifies top 100 transportation problems in Texas

A report by transportation research group TRIP looks at the condition and use of Texas’ roads, highways and bridges. It identifies the top 100 challenges and how to address them. Among the problems: the deterioration and congestion on Interstate 30 and I-45, which must be improved and widened. "The consequence of not making these improvements is severe," said Carolyn Bonifas Kelly, the group's associate director of research.
