Sen. Inhofe calls for action to prevent "devastating cuts" to military

Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla., has sent a letter to the Department of Defense about sequestration. "Rather than simply blaming Congress ... it is my hope that you and the [White House] will work with Congress to ensure that an agreement can be reached to spare our military from further devastating cuts," said the letter. Inhofe is the top-ranking Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee.
