Will foreign retailers drive chocolate sales in India?

India's chocolate consumption ranks among the lowest in the world, but new rules allowing foreign direct investment by international retailers such as Wal-Mart and Tesco could change that, according to a report from Mintel. Both companies have expressed setting up a distribution chain in the country, according to Mintel global consumer analyst Peter Ayton.
