Website tracks career success of University of Texas System graduates

A new online tool released Thursday by the University of Texas System provides detailed job data on graduates from the system's 15 institutions. The SeekUT website provides data that show earnings and loan debt information for alumni -- by major and institution -- one to five years after graduation. "We now have this data, which will allow our office to study a lot of things we've never been able to study before, about how Pell students are faring and other groups are doing, for example," Stephanie A. Bond Huie, vice chancellor for strategic initiatives for the system, said.
