Florida Supreme Court poised to take up voucher case

After bouncing around the court system for nearly six years, a challenge to Florida's voucher program appears to be finally heading to the Supreme Court this spring. Four lower court rulings have already deemed the law establishing the program unconstitutional, but the state has been allowed to continue the scholarships while the appeals process plays out.
