Pentagon to decide on missile cuts soon

The Pentagon will soon decide how to allocate $5 billion in cuts to missile defense, according to Aviation Week's Aerospace Daily & Defense Report. The Defense Department approved the cuts in December. The Kinetic Energy Interceptor program is vulnerable to cuts because it has not won support on Capitol Hill.
