House weighs stimulus plan that includes as much as $120B for schools

An economic stimulus plan pending in the U.S. House would provide as much as $120 billion for infrastructure projects and technology enhancements in the country's public schools. However, by some estimates, as much as $360 billion is needed for school construction and modernization, and say more of an investment will be needed in order to change the state of the country's schools.
