School officials had right to discipline student for blog post

A federal judge has ruled that Connecticut school administrators were within their rights to discipline a student for a Internet post she made insulting school administrators. "Off-campus speech can become on-campus speech with the click of a mouse," U.S. District Judge Mark R. Kravitz ruled.
