Better water systems are key to Haiti's recovery

One of the keys to Haiti's recovery from the recent earthquake is developing better infrastructure for drinking water and for sewage treatment, Steven Solomon writes. He notes that the nation should focus on affordable projects and use flexible materials that can be easily repaired. Drinking water and sewage systems should be delivered at wholesale costs to urban areas where they can be properly managed, Solomon writes.
