British court upholds Nokia patent vs. IPcom claim

U.K.'s High Court has ruled for Nokia in its dispute with IPcom and thrown out mobile-technology patents held by the German intellectual-property license holder, which said it would appeal. Industry observers said the victory could harden Nokia's resolve in its patent fight with Apple that has reached federal court and the International Trade Commission in the U.S.
