Energy intelligence is named a best practice for manufacturers

Energy intelligence is a best-practice approach to reduce energy use in industrial manufacturing, according to a report by the Aberdeen Group. The approach uses real-time energy data, which allows manufacturers to monitor system performance. The report -- which used data from more than 200 manufacturing companies -- found that use of energy intelligence resulted in a 15% reduction in energy consumption.
