Murkowski weighs options against EPA rules ahead of Senate session

U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, reportedly hasn't yet decided whether she will propose on Wednesday a debt-ceiling amendment that would prevent the Environmental Protection Agency from regulating greenhouse-gas emissions. She may instead request a "resolution of disapproval" that would repeal the EPA's greenhouse-gas endangerment finding, said Robert Dillon, a Murkowski aide. "Come Wednesday, we will all know what she decides," he said.
