NFIB: Small firms are stuck with labor's high-priced plans

Unions wanted high-cost insurance, so giving labor a five-year exemption from an excise tax on the plans defies logic, says NFIB's Susan Eckerly. "Small-business owners -- unlike the unions -- aren't choosing these high-cost plans; they're stuck with them because they are trapped in a bad market with no choices and high costs."
