Research: 95% don't eat recommended daily servings of whole grains

According to research from General Mills, only 5% of Americans eat the recommended three daily servings of whole grains, though 61% think they consume enough. Half of those surveyed said they shop specifically for food with whole grains, but 28% did not know the difference between whole and enriched grains. Meanwhile, 17% incorrectly said whole grains are always organic.
