Research: 95% don't get RDA of whole grains

According to research from General Mills, just 5% of U.S. consumers eat the recommended three servings a day of whole grains, even though 61% believe they consume enough. Half of those surveyed said they specifically shop for foods with whole grains, but 28% did not know the difference between whole grain and enriched grain and 17% incorrectly said whole grains are always organic.
