Chattanooga OKs new center to expand wellness programs

Chattanooga has saved more than $10 million in health care costs over five years by offering an employee pharmacy, health clinic and fitness center. City officials expect to add to that total with construction of a new $4.1 million facility that will offer more wellness programs and disease management services.
