Christie proposes 10% cut in N.J. personal income tax

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie used his State of the State speech to propose a 10% rollback in the state's personal income tax. "Let others choose tax increases," he said. "We choose responsible tax cuts to give our overburdened citizens real relief." Critics said the plan would cost the state $1 billion and benefit the wealthy.
