6 urban school districts join forces to promote healthy foods

Six big-city school districts that serve millions of student meals each day plan to use their collective power to make healthy foods the nationwide standard and to be more environmentally friendly. Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Dallas, Miami and Orlando, Fla., are part of the coalition, and each will get a specific task, such as getting lower prices on organic foods.
