Hotels encourage guests to unplug -- at least for a while

Hotels may be high-tech, but some of them such as Marriott and Renaissance are inviting guests to unplug. The hotels introduced "Braincation Zones" at eight properties in the Caribbean and Mexico, which include non-electronic games and beverages. The Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica launched its "Disconnect to Reconnect" initiative, which stores guests' iPhones in a safe deposit box for at least a day.
