Lundgren: Struggling states will drive online sales tax

Eventually, all online retailers will collect sales tax from their shoppers, as states continue struggle to shore up their coffers, Macy's CEO Terry Lundgren said at an event during Retail's BIG Show. "We pay tax on our Internet sales. Pure play merchants don't. There should be fewer loopholes, there should be fewer exceptions."
