2 major contracts for Honolulu's $5.16B rail project go to PGH Wong, URS

PGH Wong and URS Corp. have been awarded two major contracts worth a total of $117.2 million by the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation for work on the city's $5.16 billion rail project. PGH Wong will oversee the work on the first 10 miles of the line, while URS will manage work on the other 10 miles.
