Pentagon report: Glitches with Lockheed's C-130J make it unreliable

A Pentagon report stated Lockheed Martin's C-130J transport plane has hardware deficiencies, software and technical order deficiencies, and manufacturing quality problems. Budget cuts may lead to the cancellation of future orders for the plane. The Air Force and Lockheed said they are working to fix the problems.
