Expert offers advice on where to trim health care expenses

Healthy people can probably delay or skip some health care, such as an annual physical or even a mammogram if there is no family history of breast cancer, if they can't afford it, says Dr. Ted Epperly, president of the American Academy of Family Physicians. However, skipping medications or ignoring symptoms of disease is not safe, he says.
