U.S. Supreme Court adds 2 education cases to docket

The Supreme Court last year failed to decide whether public schools must pay private-school tuition for students with disabilities when they have never received district-based special-education services, but the court has agreed to hear a similar case again this year. A second case examines the legality of a strip search of an eighth-grader by school officials looking for prescription medications.
